Deposit Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your photo session. A Paypal invoice will be emailed to you and payment can be made by credit card or with your Paypal account at that time. Deposits must be paid within 3 days of the invoice date.


Payment Policy

The remaining balance must be paid prior to (or at) the photo session. I accept cards, cash, or checks.


Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your photo session will forfeit the deposit on that session. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your session.


Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling your session due to weather concerns, sickness, personal family troubles, etc. will be determined by Yearwood Photography. In most cases, these reasons are understandable and no additional charges will be associated with rescheduling. Please contact me if you have a concern and feel the need to reschedule.


Ordering Session Policy

All orders must be placed at the agreed upon in-person photo reveal and ordering session. If a decision cannot be made, you may schedule an additional ordering session for $50. All sales are final.
